Hottotsboutique.com is pleased to offer FREE shipping within Canada for all orders over $100.00. A flat rate charge of $8.00 applies to all Canadian orders under $100.00.
We also offer Free Delivery in Central Alberta (Red Deer, Sylvan Lake, Lacombe and areas) on all orders over $50.00.
We do ship worldwide. Please contact us for shipping rates. Please note the customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and fees (if any) relating to international orders.
Shipping times vary on your province. We are based out of Alberta. Orders usually take less than a week, unless it is holiday season. If you have not received your order in one week please contact us.
Gift shipping: If you are purchasing a gift for someone and want to get the gift sent directly to the gift recipient please let us know. We will send the receipt to you and the gift to the recipient.
Damaged or lost merchandise: Hottotsboutique is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels. The customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier regarding lost or damaged packages.
Incorrect shipping information: If an order is returned to hottotsboutique.com due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as any other costs that are associated to the incorrect shipping address. - We will send you a return form by email
- Complete the form.
- Pack up the item, in original box (if possible) making sure it still has all original tags attached; make sure to include a copy of your original invoice.
- Ship it back to us.
- We will check it over, if it is in original condition, we will credit your credit card, issue a store credit or exchange the merchandise.
* Please note we do not refund shipping costs * If it's a defected or flawed product we will make the best of efforts to check over our merchandise before we ship it for any flaws or imperfections, however from time to time it happens. In this case please contact us and we will arrange to have it replaced with a new product. You will not be charged for the return/ exchange shipping.
