Owned and Operated by the Belanger Family, Hot Tots is a truly family owned Canadian Boutique. With Jennifer's back ground in retail and business management and Dean's passion for old time rock and roll, opening an online rock and roll boutique was just natural for this family. Everyone in the family has a role in the business. Jennifer is the head of customer service, Dean picks up the slack, helping with orders, tradeshow displays and all the little extras that a business requires, Dodge (4yrs) is Head of the stamp department, and He likes to lick envelopes, put on stamps and get mail from the mail box. Even Mister the dog has a job; he lets us know when the UPS guy is at the door. (Very important position, because without the UPS guy we wouldn't have all this great product)
All of our products are carefully chosen. With uniqueness, quality and affordability in mind. We believe that a child's clothing should be a form of self expression. And let's face it not all kids are made of sugar and spice. Some kids are pure attitude! As parents to a little boy, we have struggled to find unique boys clothing, any store we went into had 70 % girls and only 30% boys. All of which had super heroes, dump trucks and Disney characters, well not Hot Tots we strive to provide a strong boys apparel line, all of which unique and trend setting.
As a small home based business we strive for the highest level of customer service. We always welcome any feedback or suggestions.
